Misleading advertisement on website of the rib-eye steak dinner promo at time of booking. Promo cancelled and not told before or at until we asked server. Too loud with music so hard to enjoy companions. Steaks unevenly cooked. Definitely not prawns but shrimp. Drink orders forgotten or ignored by server. Hard to understand server too with loud environment. Limited dinner choice if no buffet or specials.

Chicken super dry. My beef sandwich not as good as before, beef somehow tougher. Short ribs not bad. Desert good. I missed the shrimp tacos from previous menu.

My partner and I are regular guests at this restaurant and have usually had good experiences with both food and service. However, during a recent Taco Tuesday visit with a party of five (including friends who were new to the restaurant), the service was disappointing. We arrived to have dinner with friends that we haven't seen for quite some time. It took over 15 minutes to even get water. It was another 15 minutes to take our order. It took 2 hours from the time we sat down to eating our dinner. I ordered the 'anytime breakfast'. The eggs were white, and they seemed poor quality or perhaps they were not REAL eggs. The prime rib was very tough and not very flavourful. We have been there before and it was good. Last nights was definitely not worth the $50 a plate.

Had reservations and it still took twenty minutes after we arrived before we got seated. Buffet was a disappointment. Will not be returning.

While there were things on the buffet that were tasty, the featured item “prime rib” was a bit on the chewy side. The Yorkshire pudding was hard, even with the au jus poured over it. I didn’t try the mashed potatoes because they had a strange whiteness to them, that didn’t make them look real and they looked extremely overwhipped. They were not appealing to try. Food and service good but buffet grossly overpriced. As to older ppl, we had our typical volume of food. 60.00 pp on Easter would still be alot but understandable - what we paid totally unreasonable.

Extremely disappointing Easter buffet. The snow crab legs were awful—dry, tough, and nearly impossible to get out of the shell. No flavor, no texture, nothing like real snow crab. Service was just as bad. Plenty of staff, yet no one cleared our table.
