The crab is now being served plated at the buffet for you to take. It wasn't fresh so it was soggy and wouldn't crack. It's was not attended and ran out with a line waiting. They ran out of butter and butter dishes. People were using soup bowls for butter. Very poor service at the crab buffet and that's what we paid for. Our table wasn't cleared so our plates filled the table with no room to eat. All in all it was very poor.

Prime rib keeps getting worse and worse. Not sure who the supplier is, but it’s terrible. Also the chefs definitely don’t know how to cook it properly. I’ll never go back on a Saturday again. The servers are all excellent as well as all the staff. The value would be amazing if they served decent prime rib. I’ll stick with Fridays.

Service was terrible. We were very rushed to eat. Our appetizers was given and not even start eating the main course came within five minutes time, we mentioned on our booking it was our 35 th anniversary and it was a special occasion, we could’ve gone anywhere else in the city and probably have a better time but there is no acknowledgement or anything by the management or even the Staff that served us at this location, which was terrible you’re not. Items on the menu were very pricey compared to what it was before. We were... read more

We had a reservation and were seated on time. The waiter took our drinks order and brought the drinks quickly. We ordered and within 3 minutes iur food was brought out. My wife's flatbread was cold. The waiter had bascically disappeared. I had to flag him down and tell him my wife's food was cold. He took back the food and said the new order would have to be cooked. We waited what seemed a long time and when the flatbread was brought it was barely warm. We wanted more drinks but the waiter was no where to be found. We got th... read more

We are regular customers to the Kitchen. Our whole Family. I was disappointed in my steak the last few times. The piece seems to have gotten much smaller and when I request ‘well done’, it is over done with a burnt taste. Not enjoyable. My veggies have been undercooked quite hard as well.

The booking was smooth, showed up at 7:30 the table was ready. The dinner put us in a small table that was fit for 2 basically the table was too small for 4. Food was Ok I remembered they were better had more choices like 2 soups. Over all it’s ok nothing special.

The worse service I've experienced. The server came by 3 times. I ordered the prawns thai green curry. Mushy rice, and the curry sauce was bland. With what sauce was given, there wasn't much (rice to sauce ratio was 6 to 1 ratio).. it was a birthday and was also trying to order a cheesecake. The birthday girl didn't want to wait any longer endednup walking out. I paid the bill and left... very disappointing...
