After receiving reminders confirming our reservation, the actual dinner ended up being confusing and convoluted. We arrived at The Kitchen with a lineup, even though we had reservations. There was no where for me to sit, as I have arthritic knees and cannot stand long. We were herded to a table and the confusion ensued. There was no kid's menu and no table service. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was great. The ambiance is nothing special at all and was very disappointing - we did expect more with going on Christmas Eve and for the price that we paid. There wasn’t even table cloths or cloth napkins, and they brought us to our table and it wasn’t even set for four people or ready for us and we had made a reservation weeks in advance.

Very slow service as Tap 25 was closed for maintenance and the Kitchen was super busy and it took 45 mins to 1 hour to get out breakfast.

there was four of us that came that night for her birthday no recognition of the birthday the food was good. The service was so slow.

First time in years food was a little cold and service just average. Waited forever for our bill and even though we had a reservation hostess couldn’t seem to figure out how to access info on her screen. Hopefully just a one off.

We dine here frequently and have the best service and food but unfortunately on November 7 everything went downhill. We reserved our usual table but when we arrived there were other patrons at our table. We were seated at another table which had next to no padding left on the bench seat and I was sitting on what felt like a board. Then the female staff member who dishes out the crab portions on the plates was horrible. My brother ordered the mushroom burger and perhaps there were three mushrooms in total on the burger. I ordered the steak bites and very tough - we have always had great service and food and we attend many buffets and kitchen nights but i must say after last night we will not be in the Kitchen until food level changes very disappointing this time - the fettuccini alfredo was a disappointment as well in comparison to one offered at Tap - overall poor quality of food
