Prompt service even when busy. Buffet is hot, delicious, with plenty of selection and well-stocked. An incredibly good deal, especially with non-alcoholic beverages included in the price. Recommend a reservation for groups of five or more.

I have been to the Kitchen several times. I must say though that the service on Jan 4th was not that great. Our waiter was not attentive...I had to ask for everything...refills, the bill, etc. He did not check back to see if my son was enjoying his food which he ordered off the menu. If that was my first experience, I may not have been as willing to go back. The hostess also did not want to seat us at a booth that just needed wiping down. A substantial varied buffet with well prepared and tasty food. Pleasant and efficient staff at table and preparing the food.

Everything was great at 'The Kitchen' except for the two hostess. The two ladies were really rude; i approached one of the hostess and she didnt greet me after she looked at me, instead she turned to the ladies behind me because she had a pager that notified her that her table was ready. I thought that was really rude and unprofessional of them to do that. When finally she paid attention to me, she asked how many people and i told her that i have a reservation. We went on Monday Eveing which is Prime Rib night at the Buffet. Excellent meal with lots of veriety. One of our members has Celiac disease. Great attention to this, with the option of speaking directly to the chef.

Food is consistently excellent for a buffet, and the price is superb, especially if you are a club member (free to get) which allows you to print a coupon for 10-20% (I can't remember exactly how much) off your bill. I like the fact they have set centrepiece foods for different nights of the week (e.g. prime rib, striploin, seafood, etc.).

The Prime Rib buffet is excellent. The beef has always been very tender. There are other mains, which in and of themselves are good, but the Prime Rib is the reason I go. Salad bar is somewhat staid, but the odd time there is a different salad or 2. Peel and eat shrimp is good, the last 2 times I have been there the "smoked" fish was a very light smoke, not to my taste as I prefer a strong smoke. All inall a very good meal at a very good price ($18.95 20% less if you have a River Cree card)
