Mothers Day evening dinner our service was great, food was out of stock & not refilled after I asked at a couple stations & it was only 5pm, prime rib was well done & lots of inexpensive foods served for the price. Pasta station was good. Thanks

Have eaten here many times and has always been good. But last night was awful. We waited over an hour for our food. Then our meals came out except for 2, the last 2 came out when everyone else was almost done. Then when we asked for the bill. It was all on one for 9 people. We previously stated it would be split. Then he handed me the bill to split up. Then said he couldn't split it up. At that time we had been there for 2.5hours. We were totally disappointed in this buffet. The food was barely warm, the yorkshire pudding was hard, the ribs were all bone, the perogies were hard, as if not cooked enough, the other "hot" dishes were barely warm and unappetizing. It was not in any way worth the $49.99 price tag. The salads were however pretty good, but the buns were hard as rocks, they could not even be cut. The Burger was probably the worse I have ever had. How hard is it to make a burger?? The Southwestern Rice Bowl was edible but average taste at best. The only item in it that tasted fresh was the avocado.

It took 20 min before server came to inform us that two of what we ordered wasn’t available. We understand that it was a show night but still the kitchen should have been better prepared.

Service was great but the Saturday dinner buffet could be improved. The hot foods were cold, making the $50 per plate not worth it!

Was hoping with a reservation made well in advanced and early in the evening (4:30pm) that we would get a good seating location and preferably a booth. Instead we were seated at a regular table right beside a service entrance and path to the buffet. My husband’s chair was half on carpet and half on the regular floor. My kids (ages 9 & 11) are picky eaters so we didn’t have high hopes which was fine as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was more about him. The website says kids 4-12 are $24,50.
