We thought from the website that we were going a,for turkey dinner. We do not like buffets and when we arrived they said it was a barbecue buffet. They seemed disorganized at the front check-in. Could not seem to find the reservation which is most annoying. Then around 8 o’clock they phoned to see why we did not show up. I told them we were there at 5 pm the time of our reservation. Our waiter struggled to get our food out in any reasonable time period. We think he missed our appetizer order, and only noticed when other tables behind us received their food orders. This was our second time frequenting this establishment and we were very disappointed.

Disappointed in the food, corn was hard, baked potatoes were cold, beef was tough, soup was too think…was just like having thin mashed potatoes Only enjoyed the ribs and mashed potatoes and the jello… was not worth the $50 It was our 35 Anniversary and we like to come on our anniversary and play a little on the machines after.. was so disappointed. Our server was awesome

We ordered when we first sat down. 1 person ordered a daily soup and a bruschetta. It took 40 mins before the soup came out because I had to ask twice where the soup was and the second time I asked the sever, not the waiter if he could just scoop a bowl of soup in a bowl and bring it to the table. Another 10 minutes go by and a couple appetizers come out along with a rice bowl. Still no bruschetta. We also ordered 2 of the taco specials which we were told would come out 10 minutes. Great food as always, however service level is not as good as it should be. The food was very slow to come out. Note, - this was not the case on other occasions. Also, I’ve noticed that the waiters do not come to check your table as often as i other restaurants. Bill delivery also very slow. So,….give the waiters some extra training in all round service. On the positive - waiters are very polite and courteous.

Online this restaurant talks about steaks lobster, etc but went there and it had a limited one page menu with very little on it and not one steak. Wanted to have a date night with a show we had tickets for later but will never eat there again.

When i reserved they ask me if its bday anniversary etc.. i checked anniversary i thought you have something to give atleast cake with the letter but theres nothing next time dontput the question anymore! Its nonsense

The service was bad , waiter never came and asked if wanted another drink or how was the food . I had to ask two other waiters for ketchup.

For $59 the food wasn’t worthy… mostly salads, 2 or 3 meet and 2-3 side dishes… I’ve been to better buffets and cheaper
