The service and kitchen were very slow, the food was cold, I donāt like to give The Kitchen a bad review because Iām sure this was a one off!Ā
Business response:
Hello Coreen, We strive to provide a delicious meal and outstanding service to our guests and we are sorry that was not delivered. Food was not that good this year and line ups were too long. No music just a lot of talking. Crab legs disappointing(frozen). Not much of a drink menu for those driving. Desserts a mess no labels on most, so because of allergies didnāt have any. Go on the 24th because itās my birthday, but nothing special. Total waste of money this year. Not worth the over hour drive either. Went home and ordered take out ā¹ļøĀ
The food was cold and tasteless. Not worth the money.Ā
The food overall wasn't good. The prime rib was aweful. Desserts were very dry and that station was a complete mess. Don't waste your money!!!Ā
Had previewed the menu online and it looked decent so made reservations. Nowhere did it say that it was buffet only on Fridays, nor did I see price for buffet. Arrived early and were seated quickly. Sat down, server took our drink order and then said it was buffet only for $50 per person. We were a little shocked at that so the server said there were other options outside in the casino. We ended up at Fatburger ā¹ļøĀ
The waiter gave himself an extra tip. We only noticed when my husband glanced at the bill realizing the waiter tipped himself 50.00 before handing us the machine. Wonāt be going backĀ
Great overall feel and very good service. Chicken burger only so so. Not a chicken breast but some kind of shredded mix. Not really all that good and all of us would not order again. If a chicken burger then it canāt be a smush mix. You have to change thisĀ
not all the food stated on the barbecue buffet menu is available. so ridiculous it's barbecue buffet but there is only one barbecue in the menu. waiters are just congregate in one side talking. the roast beef is really good thoughĀ
Price too high for product and service provided.Ā
