Went on a Monday for their 50% off deal and food was decent. Great value for half off but probably wouldn't come in a full price night. My dad ordered the tenderloin and prawn deal but unfortunately the steak was burnt and really small. Kids meal are amazing value!Â
The food at River Cree is generally very good, but my meal yesterday was lacking seasoning, meaning salt and pepper. It was the open faced hamburger sandwich, and I don’t ever add salt. It sure needed it yesterday. One of my group had pasta and was adding salt all the way through the bowl. She also never adds salt, so somebody forgot to add some during cooking. The service is always great and the servers are so friendly and attentive. Still our favourite spot and an amazing value. A bland meal was not a show stopper.Â
Every time we dine at The Kitchen it is amazing. The food is always so delicious and such a steal at 50%. The service is always fantastic.Â

We had an excellent dining experience with both the food and service truly standing out. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable, and the staff made us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. The highlights of the meal were definitely the snow crab legs, beef tenderloin, salmon, and pork medallions—all were cooked beautifully and full of flavor. Food is always good at The Kitchen in River Cree - especially on Sundays and Mondays when they have the 50% off on several items on the menu. Their braised short ribs, salmon, their seafood chowder and the appetizers are all good! Even the desserts are good! It’s a must place ro visit!Â
