Have been at this restaurant twice this month. Food is great but service is non existent Never used to be like that. Servers busy talk to each. Other. Don’t bother to check with customers Don’t think we will returnÂ
Food was really, really good. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Hostess was friendly. Even the staff behind the buffet suggested gravy for the brisket which made it 10 times more delicious (I almost didn't see it)!Â
Service was excellent. Unfortunately quite a few of the hot items were cold. We did inform the chef and he adjusted the temperature. By this time we almost done eating.Â
We were seated right away, the service was great!! The seafood dinner was absolutely spectacular!! The crab legs were absolutely amazing!! And I loved the shrimp, mussels and salmon!! The dessert side of the line was second to none!! Absolutely amazing time!!Â
Our server was fantastic. He made us feel very special. Happy to come again.Â
The team at The Kitchen is awesome... We go there regularly - our server, Kunal, who is our server as per request is the best server ever. I'd give him 20 out of 10 stars for his kindness, quick work, and making our dining experience an enjoyable one. The only downside is the value for money as it's the same food every Sunday, and the crabs have become very soft and watery. Overall, I'm always satisfied because of the staff... Thats why we go back. Way to go Kunal and Team KitchenÂ

We love going for rib night and usually the ribs are amazing, however, last time they were rather dry and over done.Â
